Breakage

It's glass. Here's the honest deal:

• Broken on arrival: photo of the item + packaging within 7 days → free replacement or full refund. No forms, no fight.
• Breaks while wearing it (first 30 days): photo + order number → 50% off a replacement. Glass happens; we'd rather you keep wearing the work.
• After 30 days: the engraving outlives us all, but the glass is on you. Care card in every box tells you how to make that a long time.

Demo copy — modeled on standard art-glass practice (photo + window + replacement). Final terms are Griff's call.
